 One becomes a Contender when faced with a prized-fight, and a Contender knows what is at stake before, during and after that prized-fight. A contender is never afraid to prove what he is capable of doing.  SII shall put first the needs and requirements of its Clients, in providing the best alternative solutions, processes, features and costs to what the IT industry has to offer. SII shall solidify long-standing relationships, founded on the principle that a Client’s success in its endeavors through SII’s services is, ultimately, SII’s own definition of success. It is, therefore, explicit in SII’s directive, to continuously enhance its services utilizing the latest technology trends and solutions to answer even such needs Clients have yet to realize, but will deliver unforeseen successes when met. Every Client’s bout with its needs and requirements is a Prized-Fight of SII  SII shall retain and develop individuals whose competence, skill and professionalism shall present and contribute to SII’s vision. SII shall invest resources, wherever possible, to further enhance its people’s way of life and instill the spirit of a Contender, ever ready for prized-fights within and outside of the workplace.
Every SII representative shall be the Supreme Contender that they ought to be.  SII shall establish, maintain and grow mutually-beneficial ties with Partners, whose individual core competencies shall create synergies, allowing exponential successes for the Clients of both SII and its Partners. SII shall cultivate strategic alliances, which expand SII’s competence and knowledge base, to anticipate and pro-actively solve Clients’ recognized and unforeseen needs. Every SII Partnership shall be advanced whenever possible for the Client’s success. SII shall not only be concerned with its Stakeholders’ value gained on stock, but also contribute to their value of the Entrepreneurial Spirit imparted unto the SII organization, which is much needed by the Filipino Society. Every SII Stakeholder’s spirit of Entrepreneurship shall permeate throughout the SII organization. |
